This wonderful boat has had only two owners (two families) since new.  She shows their pride in her and has been treated beautifully her whole life!!

Designed by Monk and built by Channel Marine Inc.  This is a flush deck cockpit motor yacht that was re-powered with new Cummins 6 cylinder 430 horsepower turbo charged diesel engines (approximately 135 hours on them).  She will cruise at 12 Knots and has a top speed of approximately 20 knots.  The boat has a Northern Lights 8KW Generator, solar panels, and a 2500 Watt  inverter.  2 private staterooms with 2 heads.  This boat has several upgrades that include the galley appliances and electronics.  The tender is a 12 foot Novurania with a 40 Horsepower outboard.  New bottom paint at Windward Yacht Center in June of 2017.

Accommodations

This boat has a custom fold down teak ladder with a covered aft deck that has a varnished teak table with 4 wicker chairs.  Forward of the aft deck there is a command bridge with the helm at the centerline of the boat.  The wheel is a teak spoke wheel and a double helm chair.  There is a bench seat on the port side with storage below the seat.  The command bridge has 3 large windows forward with windshield wipers and sliding windows on the port and starboard side.  The main electrical panel is next to the helm and the companionway door is to starboard.

The Main Salon is spacious with 3 large windows facing forward and sliding windows on the port and starboard side.  The windows have new curtains as well as roll down shades.  There is a varnished teak table with leather couches port and starboard.  In the aft part of the main salon there is a Norcold AC/DC refrigerator and freezer that was new in 2016.  

The galley is down 3 steps from the main salon.  Those 3 steps hinge up and provide access to the engine room.  The galley is U-shaped on the port side.  There is a Kenyon 2 burner electric stove.  There is a Fisher & Payker stainless steel dishwasher and a large double stainless steel sink.  There is a Sharp Carousel Microwave convection oven facing forward.

The guest head is on the starboard side with a sliding door for access.  This guest head has a shower stall and a Sealand Vacu Flush head.  The forward guest stateroom has a V berth with storage below, a large hanging locker to starboard and a mirrored bulkh ead aft to port.  

From the main salon going aft is the owner's master stateroom.  This stateroom has 2 berths 1 to port and 1 to starboard.  There is a desk facing aft with a hanging locker and cabinets.  The master head has a shower stall and a Sealand Vacuflush toilet.

The interior of the boat has carpet except for the heads and the galley which have hardwood floors.  

 

Galley

The Galley was completely remodeled in 2016.  There is a new formica counter top,  The galley cabin sole was replaced with custom hardwood.  The Kenyon stove and the Sharp microwave were  replaced in 2016.  The Norcold refrigerator was replaced in 2012.  There is a Fisher & Paykel dishwasher, double stainless steel sink and a coffee maker.

Deck and Topsides

The deck and coach roof construction is fiberglass over marine plywood with painted on nonskid.  The boat has a varnished teak caprail and handrail.  There is an Ideal 12 volt electric windlass with a bronze anchor roller.  There is  a Danforth 35 H bow anchor.  

There is a 12 foot Novurania center console rigid inflatable new in 2000 with a 40 horsepower Suzuki 4 stroke outboard.  There is a heavy duty 12 volt electric dinghy davits.  

Engine and Mechanical

The boat was re powered with a new Cummings 430 horsepower diesel engines in 2016

The transmissions were also replaced in 2016
