Accommodations

Layout / Interior Components: Access onto the vessel is via the starboard side boarding ladder which leads on to the spacious walk around side decks. A ladder on the aft deck leads up to the fly bridge with the helm station forward and helm seating. Additional cushioned bench seating is found back of the console area. There is a hatch to starboard side of the console, which leads down to the pilothouse. The interior can also be accessed from the aft deck doors. The saloon has cushioned loose chairs and table. The galley is forward of the saloon to port side with electric/Lp gas stove top, microwave oven, refrigerator and double stainless steel sinks. Further forward is the pilot house with helm seat. To the back of the bridge is cushioned bench seating and table. There are doors either side of the bridge area, which lead onto the side deck areas. The accommodation area is forward and below the main deck. The master stateroom is to port side king size bed, hanging lockers and drawer space. The head is ensuite with large separate shower stall, sink, and vacuum flush toilet. Opposite is a guest cabin with upper and lower end to end beds, hanging lockers and ensuite head with shower stall, vacuum flush toilet and sink. The V-berth has two (2) double beds hanging lockers and ensuite head with shower stall, sink and vacuum flush toilet.

Feed & Returns: Flexible USCG approved Type A-1, double and single clamps , shut of valves on tanks, manifold forward engine area bulkhead

AC System: Two (2) 50 amp 125/220 volts inlets forward deck, one (1) 30 amp 125 volt inlets on each walkway side & aft deck, 125 volt system

DC system: Six (6) 8D (2019) 12/volt batteries engine room area, not contained or secured, four (4) 8-volt batteries aft steering area, contained and not secured no lides, three (3) group 27 batteries, 12 & 32 volt system

Wiring: Multi stranded wires

Circuit Protection: Main and branch AC circuit breakers, branch DC breakers and switches, new breaker panels 12 & 120 volts installed new in 2013

Safety Systems

Portable Fire Extinguishers: One (1) 30 lbs Carbon Dioxide service tags 2015, one (1) ABC dry chemical 10 lbs top deck service tags 2015

Fixed Fire System: Not seen

Flotation Devices: Approximately ten (10) USCG approved type II, located bridge area and lockers

Navigational & Operational Electronics: Magnetic constellation compass, two (2) Raymarine E120 GPS/chart plotters, Raymarine Tridata, Simrad AP50 autopilot, two (2) Icom VHF marine radio. Furuno radar, Simrad R135 rudder angle indicator
